On-Demand Service Booking Platform
Overview
Waayzy is an all-in-one platform for booking trusted everyday services. It connects users with verified professionals nearby in real time, across a Customer App, a Partner App and a website.
I built the Laravel backend powering all three surfaces: REST APIs, real-time job dispatch using WebSockets and Firebase push notifications, Razorpay payments, caching optimization for fast responses, and the complete admin panel used to run the business.
The problem
Customers needed a single, trustworthy place to book everyday services, and verified professionals nearby had to receive and accept jobs instantly — across a customer app, a partner app and a website.
What I built
I designed the Laravel backend that powers all three: REST APIs for both apps, real-time job dispatch using WebSockets and Firebase push notifications, Razorpay payments, caching on high-traffic endpoints, and a complete admin panel to run services, partners, bookings and payouts.
